Recent reports have uncovered disturbing allegations against Jonathan Elliot Moyer, a family counselor and program director at Empower Life Coaching & Counseling, who was arrested for secretly recording individuals—including patients and staff—using hidden cameras in the bathroom of the Quakertown, Bucks County, office.
What Happened?
According to the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office, Moyer, 54, was arrested on March 6, 2025, after an investigation revealed he had placed covert cameras disguised as charging blocks in the bathroom of his Quakertown office, located at 523 West Broad Street. These devices allegedly captured footage of unsuspecting individuals using the facilities. The investigation began after an electronic storage device containing videos of Moyer setting up the recording equipment and footage of women using the bathroom was discovered.
