Sauder Schelkopf is pleased to announce that Judge William Campbell, of the Middle District of Tennessee, granted final approval to a $16.5 million nationwide class action settlement related to defective plumbing supply lines.  Sauder Schelkopf served as court appointed co-lead counsel in the lawsuit, which was filed in September 2014 and involved DuraPro Toilet Connectors that connect the water supply to the toilet with a coupling nut.  It was alleged that the defective coupling nuts cracked and allowed pressurized water to flow into the property.
