Sauder Schelkopf is investigating a class action lawsuit on behalf of homeowners with Watts pressure reducing valves installed in their homes. It has been alleged the Watts pressure reducing valves may not function as advertised and can prematurely fail, requiring repair or replacement well before the end of the anticipated useful life of a pressure reducing valve. It has been further alleged when the pressure reducing valve begins to fail, it causes the water pressure levels inside the home to fall to unusable levels.
