Sauder Schelkopf and co-counsel filed a class action lawsuit in May 2020 on behalf of individuals who purchased tickets on StubHub for events that were canceled as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.  It has been reported that some events and ticket agencies have either refused to refund the purchase price and/or changed their policy to only offer a credit for future use.  Sauder Schelkopf is also currently handling cases related to canceled festivals including the Ultra Music Festival in Miami, Flordia and the SXSW Festival in Austin, Texas.
