Sauder Schelkopf is investigating a potential class action lawsuit against Samsung following widespread consumer complaints that Samsung’s new Galaxy S23 smartphone allegedly contains a defect that causes wrinkles or bubbles in the phone’s display. Samsung released the Galaxy S23 in stores on February 17, 2023, and within days consumers began raising the issue on various internet blogs such as the Reddit thread below:

Despite widespread consumer complaints about this issue—many of which contain pictures from Galaxy S23 owners visibly showing the screen wrinkling/bubbling—Samsung reportedly claims there is no defect:
