Sauder Schelkopf is currently investigating a lawsuit against Quest Diagnostics related to its announcement of a data breach impacting approximately 12 million patients. According to news reports, Quest warned that nearly 12 million of its customers may have had personal, financial and medical information breached due to an issue with one of its vendors.

According to the filing by Quest, the information on AMCA’s affected system included financial information, such as credit card numbers and bank account information, medical information and other personal information such as social security numbers.
