Sauder Schelkopf is investigating allegations related to Newegg selling “Open Box” products to consumers that were damaged or defective. It has been further alleged that Newegg originally refused to allow a consumer who received a damaged or defective product to return it. This could leave consumers with broken and/or unusable products and no way to receive a refund or replacement product.
