Sauder Schelkopf is investigating a potential class action lawsuit on behalf of KitchenAid customers who purchased a KitchenAid refrigerator, model KRFC704, which may contain a possible cooling defect.
It has been alleged that this refrigerator may contain a defective control board that could eventually cause the rear exterior of the refrigerator to freeze, resulting in possible water damage to the flooring underneath the refrigerator.
Some customers may have experienced costly expenses to repair the refrigerator and resulting damage that it may have caused to their home.
