Sauder Schelkopf and Bochetto & Lentz are investigating whether individuals who donated their bodies to anatomical gift programs at the University of California San Diego (UCSD), the University of Southern California (USC), or related institutions were adequately informed about how donated remains could be used, transferred, or shared with third parties.

Recent media reports have raised questions regarding whether donated human remains may have been used in military medical training programs and whether donors and their families received adequate disclosure regarding potential uses of donated remains.

If you or your family participated in a body donation program at UCSD, USC, or another university and would like to discuss your experience, please contact us for a free and confidential consultation.
