The law firm of Sauder Schelkopf LLC is investigating a class action lawsuit on behalf of consumers who purchased expired food from Amazon, including baby formula, coffee creamer, beef jerky and granola bars. According to CNBC, it scanned Amazon’s Grocery & Gourmet category and found customer complaints about expired hot sauce, beef jerky, granola bars and baby food, as well as six-month-old Goldfish crackers and a 360-pack of coffee creamer that arrived with a rancid smell. Unfortunately, according to CNBC, some purchases may not be eligible for a refund.
