Sauder Schelkopf filed a class action lawsuit on behalf of consumers who purchased Pyrex products. Numerous consumers have experienced Pyrex shattering shortly after purchase. It is alleged that Pyrex is not able to withstand severe temperature changes, i.e. from refrigerator to heated oven or heated oven to countertop, so exploding or shattering glass has occurred for multiple consumers.
