This was one of the Top 10 settlements in New Jersey in 2018. We also reached a nationwide class action settlement on behalf of tens of thousands of property owners. The settlement provided for a national replacement program at no cost to property owners. This was on the of Top 10 Class Action settlements in 2020. We recently served as co-lead counsel in a $14 million settlement in Nebraska related to defective water connectors.
