- A class action resolution involving approximately 400,000 Audi vehicles with defective engine water pumps, resulting in warranty extensions and reimbursements.
- A national class action settlement involving approximately 230,000 Generac generator owners, providing 100% relief through safety inspections and reimbursements for out-of-pocket costs incurred under the prior inspection program.
- A settlement against Volkswagen concerning 3.3 million vehicles with faulty automatic emergency braking systems, providing repairs, reimbursements, and consumer education.
- A favorable arbitration ruling defeating a motion to compel arbitration in a Ford F-150 oil consumption case, preserving the consumer’s right to litigate in court.
- Multiple class settlements in Pennsylvania addressing improper disclosures of special assessments in home purchases and unlawful fuel surcharges and missed services by a regional waste hauler.
