Sauder Schelkopf is investigating allegations that Samsung throttled the performance of approximately 10,000 apps on its Galaxy S22 and other flagship devices. It has been alleged that Samsung is limiting the performance of certain apps run through its Game Launcher, adversely impacting the performance of the apps. ZDNet reported, “South Korea’s Fair Trade Commission has launched an investigation on the issue to investigate whether Samsung violated fair labeling and advertisement laws by over-promising the capabilities of Galaxy S22 smartphones.”
