Sauder Schelkopf is investigating a potential class action lawsuit on behalf of owners and lessees of Porsche vehicles that are prone to excessive engine oil consumption. It has been alleged that consumers with certain Porsche vehicles are experiencing excessive engine oil consumption at levels that require the addition of significant engine oil between Porsche’s recommended oil change intervals. It has also been alleged that consumers who present their vehicles to Porsche for repair are informed that engine oil consumption is considered normal and are denied warranty coverage for the necessary repairs.
