Sauder Schelkopf filed a class action lawsuit against Dr. Patrick Sutton and Huntington Memorial Hospital located in Pasadena, California on behalf of individuals who were subjected to sexual misconduct by Sutton, a gynecologist at the hospital. According to the Los Angeles Times, this recent allegation by the Medical Board of California is the fifth time Sutton has been accused of sexual misconduct. Records reviewed by the LA Times show complaints against Sutton dating back 20 years and include allegations that he touched patients in a sexual manner during exams and pressed them for information about their sexual habits in graphic terms.
