Sauder Schelkopf filed a class action lawsuit on behalf of consumers who purchased airline tickets on Frontier Airlines that they could not use because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The lawsuit alleges that Frontier changed its policies to make it more difficult to get a refund for travelers impacted by the coronavirus global shutdown. The case is currently being litigated in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.
