Sauder Schelkopf is investigating a class action lawsuit on behalf of current and former inmates who were unjustly punished for positive drug test results.  Inmates have complained that urinalysis analyzers were not used in accordance with applicable standards and produced inaccurate results.  Because of this, thousands of individuals incarcerated in prisons received positive drug test results even when they did not ingest any proscribed substance, resulting in inmates facing unjust charges and severe punishment for conduct that never took place.
