Sauder Schelkopf is investigating potential litigation relating to sexual misconduct by church officials serving in the Diocese of Little Rock. In the wake of the Pennsylvania grand jury report released to the public in August 2018 naming the priests accused of sexual abuse, the Diocese of Little Rock has released preliminary findings which named 12 priests accused of sexual abuse. The Diocese of Little Rock also plans to enlist an external agency to thoroughly investigate its preliminary findings and provide a final comprehensive report that will be released to the public naming accused clergy members.
