Sauder Schelkopf is investigating a potential class action lawsuit against Jaguar related to allegations that the I-PACE suffers from a defect that causes it to catch on fire while charging. There have been at least four reports of the Jaguar I-PACE catching on fire while charging. It has been further alleged that the battery contains the same cells as the battery in the Chevrolet Bolt, which was subject to a recall and buyback program after similar reports of fires occurring while charging.
