Sauder Schelkopf is investigating a potential class action lawsuit related to broken and/or unusable electric vehicle chargers at Electrify America charging stations. It has been alleged that the Electrify America chargers do not function as advertised and attended. Consumers who attempt to charge on the Electrify America network report that chargers are often broken and not functional, and when the chargers do work and are able to connect to their electric vehicle, they are severely underpowered and thus result in excessively long charging times. Electrify America provides both a pay-as-you-go model where users pay at the charger, and a subscription model where users pay monthly to use the chargers.

If you or someone you know has attempted to charge at Electrify America’s electric vehicle chargers, please contact us by filling out the form on this page.
