Job Overview:
Sauder Schelkopf is seeking a litigation associate with at least 2 years of litigation experience to join its team. The successful candidate will work alongside a talented group of attorneys involved in all aspects of the firm’s work. This includes investigating potential cases, drafting pleadings, conducting research, managing discovery, and collaborating with colleagues across leading law firms nationwide. Federal court and/or class action experience is preferred but not required. Remote work options will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigating potential cases and contributing to the firm’s case strategy.
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
- Conducting legal research and analysis on complex issues.
- Managing discovery and collaborating with other legal teams.
- Working closely with senior attorneys and colleagues across the firm on high-stakes cases.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of litigation experience.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent research, writing, and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to high-quality legal work that furthers the public good.
- Experience in federal court and/or class action litigation is a plus, but not required.
