Sauder Schelkopf is currently investigating a class action lawsuit against Polaris on behalf of RZR, Ranger and General side-by-side vehicle owners. Some UTV owners have complained that these vehicles are riddled with defects that require costly and timely repairs.  In some instances, these defects may even result in fires. Despite Polaris even having issued recalls for some of the defects, owners may still be unable to use their powersport vehicles for a lengthy period of time, typically until Polaris makes the parts available to correct the defects. In other instances, owners many experience serious defects, such as engine failure, and Polaris refuses to repair the UTVs under warranty, resulting in the owners having to pay for costly repairs themselves.

If you have experienced any problems, including failure or replacement, with your Polaris RZR, Ranger or General UTV, please contact the lawyers at Sauder Schelkopf by filling out the form to the right.
